Form Description
The "Requesting information from Hotels in Mauritius Form", provided by The Mauritius Yellow Pages, enables you to request room prices for services criteria you stipulate. The system will send a mass mail-out to the Hotels in Mauritius with the criteria you choose, alternatively, if you know which hotel in Mauritius you wish to reside in, for your holidays in Mauritius, then  you can just fill out the 1st section. DO NOT FORGET to choose the hotel after the 1st section. Your requests for information will be immediately processed to the respective Hotels and may take up to 5 working days to be fully processed. 

THE FORM IS NOT BINDING -IT IS ONLY A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION TO FACILITATE YOUR CHOICE IN RESEARCHING HOTELS IN MAURITIUS. If you only wish to send a request to all hotels in Mauritius for anything other than reservation such as general inquiries, then use the old form.

Errors while submitting
- When submitting please be patient for the system to process. 
- Should you get the message 'Web Server is Busy' because of the excess traffic at any given time, email us and send us your request stating which hotels you require information from or resubmit by doing back on your browser button. 
- Should you have "[FrontPage Save Results Component]" at the beginning of the form please take the time to report, it would be greatly appreciated!

Should you get the following message after submitting your request, 

Form Validation Error

Please correct the information you provided by following these steps, then submit the information again:

Please enter a value for the "FirstName" field.

Please enter a value for the "LastName" field.

Please enter a value for the "Profession" field.

this means you omitted a or more compulsory (*) field(s). 
It is important to read the instructions on the submission form as well as the above text with precision to use this form successfully.
